Vendor Fair on Friday, July 23rd, 2021.

The following is available as part of our In-Person option:

  • One Day Vendor Expo: Friday from 9am- 5pm*

  • Accepting up to 12 vendors among high traffic indoor areas

  • 6-foot tables with two folding chairs

  • Electricity available within the building

  • Free access to Wifi

  • Vendor Individual Raffles – If you choose, we will help promote your organization through announcements of your organization’s raffle with your great giveaways!  Participants can enter YOUR raffle for their specific prize drawing to enhance recognition given to your organization.  Raffle drawing winners will be announced Friday evening or Saturday morning.

  • Your logo posted on our Stoa Academy registration website

  • Your logo included in our Stoa 2021 Annual Report

  • Expo advertised to membership in advance and throughout the day

  • Your clickable logo included on our Stoausa.org website throughout Stoa Academy

*If your organization provides Raffle Prizes, we will provide drawing slips that include permission for the registrant to be contacted by you.

*Setup will be allowed Friday morning from 8am – 9am

*Take-Down will be allowed by 6pm Friday.

The following is available as part of our Virtual option:

  • Virtual Vendor Fair – Your logo will appear in the Virtual Vendor Fair tab listing on the Stoa Academy website and the Stoausa.org website. We will include a brief promotional video and a contact request for increased advertising of your organization.
