National Invitational Tournament of Champions NITOC 2021

May 23- 29, 2021 – Union University – Jackson, TN

NITOC 2021 will include 500 students from nearly 30 states along with younger siblings, parents, and coaches from across the nation. More than 800 community leaders will help to facilitate this momentous event. Stoa is offering three exciting opportunities for businesses to connect with all of these attendees!                                                                                                       

Opportunity #1: NITOC Vendor Fair

Join us on-site Friday, May 28th at Union University or virtually online to promote your organization! Connect with Stoa members and make a big impact with your booth at our indoor, high traffic location. Deadline to participate: May 7, 2021.

Four levels of Vendor Fair participation to choose from:

1. Friends of Stoa – $200

  • 1 Day Vendor Fair: Friday, May 28th from 8am–5pm (up to 30 spots available)
  • Stoa staff to assist with your booth setup on Thursday, May 27th, 4pm–5:30pm
  • 6-foot table, 2 chairs, electricity, and wifi included
  • Vendor Raffle – Promote your organization with prizes! Stoa members enter your contest at your booth using raffle tickets we provide that include their permission to be added to your contact list. Raffle winners will be announced Friday evening at a NITOC–wide gathering. (Optional)
  • Stoa’s Vendor Ideas resource that offers inspiration for connecting with students.
  • Your logo posted on the NITOC website and in the Stoa 2021 Annual Report
  • Your organization listed in the NITOC program given to all competitors
  • Friends of Stoa Reception: Thursday, May 27th – evening. Following your booth set up, please join the Stoa Board of Directors for refreshments and conversation. We would love to meet you and express our appreciation!

2. Friends of Stoa Plus – $350

  • All of the benefits listed above plus:
  • Virtual Vendor Fair – Your clickable logo, promotional video, and customized “Contact Us” link on the Virtual Vendor Fair webpage.
  • Your clickable logo on the Stoa registration website.

3. Friends of Stoa Premium – $650

  • All of the benefits listed above plus:
  • Participation in our next Vendor Fair: Stoa Academy, July 21–23 in Seattle, WA.
  • All of the in-person and virtual benefits above included.

4. Friends of Stoa – $200 (Virtual only)

  • Virtual Vendor Fair throughout NITOC week – Your clickable logo, promotional video, and customized “Contact Us” link on the Virtual Vendor Fair webpage.
  • Stoa’s Vendor Ideas resource that offers inspiration for connecting with students.
  • Your logo posted on the NITOC website and in the Stoa 2021 Annual Report
  • Your organization listed in the NITOC program given to all competitors

Opportunity #2: NITOC Scholarships

Connect NITOC competitors with your exceptional university/organization. Universities repeatedly tell us that our high-achieving students make outstanding recruits! More than $11,000,000 in scholarships have been awarded to Stoa competitors thus far.

Four Scholarship Options to Choose From:

  1. Traditional Scholarship: Award a scholarship of any amount to “finalists” or “the finalist” of a particular event(s). This is a merit based award, and winners of your institution-named scholarship will be announced at the Awards Ceremony. Recipient options include: National Champion, Tournament Champion, Sweepstakes Champion, Event Champions (20 options), and all event finalists. Deadline to participate: May 7, 2021
  2. Blanket Scholarship: Award a scholarship of any amount to all NITOC students. You provide award certificates, and we distribute to all students. Deadline to participate: May 7, 2021
  3. Early Bird Scholarship: Award a scholarship of any amount to competitors that express a particular interest in your institution and are sophomore to senior level. During NITOC online registration, students may select universities of interest. Students that select your university will be entered in a scholarship lottery. Winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony. Universities will be given a contact list of all interested students after NITOC. Deadline to participate: April 10, 2021
  4. Share Your Heart Scholarship: Award financial need scholarships of $250, $500, $750 or $1000 per recipient to help with NITOC expenses. Winners of your institution-named scholarship(s) will be announced at the Awards Ceremony. Your name and gift will also be highlighted on the NITOC and Stoa websites. Deadline to participate: May 7, 2021 

Opportunity #3: NITOC Swag Bag

Drop your branded swag in our NITOC competitor gift bag! Reach our 500 outstanding students and their families with your logoed promotional product. Here’s how it works:

You Produce: Send us 500 of your branded item. We’ll drop in the bags.

Deadline to participate: Products must be shipped to Union University and received by May 7, 2021.

Suggestions for itemspens, stickers, flashlights, sunglasses, retractable name badges, highlighters, mouse pad, lip balm. Each of these imprinted with your logo! These will be included in the Swag Bags and given to students on May 22nd. It is recommended that you plan ahead and allow for a minimum of 3 weeks for printing and shipping to ensure your item arrives in time.
