The Sixth Foundational Pillar

As we continue to highlight each of our Six Foundational Pillars of Stoa, this time, we will focus on the sixth pillar.

Pillar Six: We equip and support Christian coaches.

Stoa believes in the importance of equipping our clubs and tournaments with the training and resources they need to be successful. We do this in three ways. First, we offer Stoa Academy annually in the summer. This is an opportunity to come together as a national league of coaches, club leaders, and parents to learn, network, and fellowship. Second, we have an active and robust Training and Development Committee that continuously builds excellent resources such as Club in a Box, Tournament in a Box, webinars in Stoa’s Visual Library, and a mentoring program for new clubs. Finally, as a league, we rely heavily on grass roots sharing of resources, ideas, and staff between neighboring clubs.
